Most of the bootstrapping is done. The status page is created and I pointed Jordan at how to edit it. (incl docs). Reporting schedule is setup. MLs are setup. Jira request is outstanding https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6031 and Jordan is requesting the Git repo be created based on the github original source. (code grant is already filed)
