Ah!
I have seen that thread, you may have noticed that I am the one responding at 
your mail :-D
In any case, I hope that you agree that rolling restart needs to be supported. 
And whatever failure occurs during a rolling restart may also happen during 
normal operation at some point. My guess is that this specific failure (if it 
is really a failure) is related with stopping the leader of the BC Cluster.
