I've carefully verified that indeed we pass the option for -npa to xjc, and indeed it's ignored. However, I also note that we do a variety of things with the SchemaCompiler before we call 'bind', and that the doc says that changes to the options take effect upon bind. Anyone else out there have thoughts?
