I just saw the test failure in the durable subscriber test on the hudson
build system.

While I worked on the JMS issue I also got this failure and therefor did
not yet check in my changes. It seems the problem only appears in JDK
1.5. The build for JDK 1.6 seems to work.
Is this a bug in ActiveMQ ?
