That falls into the JAX-WS 2.2 stuff as JAX-WS 2.2 requires it. It's also in the "it required endorsing the 2.2 api jar" thing to work, which sucks. In anycase, it will be supported, but only if you go through the trouble of doing the endorsed thing.
