With the 2.4.1 vote started, I've created the 2.4.x-fixes branch, moved the trunk to 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT, and updated the svnmerge.py tracking for 2.4.x-fixes and 2.3.x-fixes to properly track changes and such. I've also setup new builds in jenkins for the 2.4.x branch. I've also added a 2.5 version in JIRA.
