Well, we cannot move the whole class as the processing of the "core" stuff 
is in there.   Thus, all of the Bus things would need to move and such as 
well.   I think it needs to be split with just the "core" in a handler 
loaded from there and all the utility schemas loaded from a namespace 
handler in api.   I'll try tackling that in the morning.   The package in 
API can be anything as it can also be completely private/not exported.
