CXFAllTransformer aggregated META-INF/cxf/cxf-extension-*.xml files into a generated cxf-all.xml when CXF modules were shaded into a single bundle jar. CXF no longer builds a shaded bundle and registers bus extensions via bus-extensions.txt, so the transformer is no longer needed. It also parsed extension files from dependency jars with external entities enabled. With both shade transformers gone, drop the jdom and maven-shade-plugin dependencies, and trim the buildtools NOTICE to the standard ASF notice: the jar bundles no third-party software. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
