Hi, The vote to release Apache CXF 4.2.4, 4.1.9 and 3.6.13 passes with the following votes:
+1 (binding): Andriy Redko Francesco Chicchiriccò Alexey Markevich Colm O hEigeartaigh Freeman Fang -1 (non-binding): Fabio Burzigotti Fabio's -1 was about CXF-9253 (the SignatureConfirmation behaviour change that comes with the WSS4J 4.0.2 upgrade). After the discussion on the JIRA, Fabio agreed that it should not block the release, and asked that the change be documented. I'll add a note about it to the migration guide.
