compileFile() opened the destination .fixml before parsing the source, so a resource that failed to convert left an empty or truncated .fixml behind, and any failure while closing the streams was silently ignored. Write the converted document to a temporary file next to the destination and move it into place only once the conversion has succeeded. On failure remove any previous output so that an out-of-date .fixml cannot be used in place of its source, and let close failures propagate. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
