Make JCacheReplayCache replay checks atomic WSS4J's inbound replay checks now cache an identifier with ReplayCache.addIfAbsent, so that concurrent requests carrying the same identifier cannot all pass the check before any of them has cached it. The default implementation of addIfAbsent only serializes calls within a single JVM, which is not sufficient for a distributed JCache provider. Implement addIfAbsent in JCacheReplayCache with JCache's atomic putIfAbsent.
