Verified the latest updates from the incubator-daffodil repository included the
specified commit, a1d881b13d26e47040c0302b2874cc78f0de27bf. Currently the
specified tests are in scala-new which is no longer get checked during test.
This causes no test to run messages. Temporarily copied the scala test file to
the associated scala folder and ran the test suite. The tests executed
successfully. Steve said a future update will correct the scala-new issue. Will
rerun the tests when that update is committed.
