Some users want to use the latest and greatest version of Daffodil.
Additionally, it would be nice if the schemas on DFDLSchemas github were tested
with the latest version of Daffodil when new Daffodil commits are made.
To support this, we need to set up an automated Jenkins build that is triggered
on each commit of Daffodil and automatically builds and publishes a SNAPSHOT to
repository.apache.org.
