Steve Lawrence resolved DAFFODIL-1918.

Resolution: Not A Problem
The json schemas were actually licensed under a Category-X license and so were
removed in commit 2a4c81ac76ee6abd49ffa8bff40d432e63a1f5b6. Marking as Not A
Problem since those files no long exist.
