Steve Lawrence closed DAFFODIL-2118.

Resolution: Fixed
Confirmed that we just needed to update the expected infoset to not have
reversed hexBytes now that we correctly ignore byteOrder with hexBinary data.
BMP expected infoset updated in 1c4d0d4413aaf2dd86baef8c0cd7673de13fe3d9 in
the bmp repo.
