There's no link here to a code review that highlighted the issue, but I think
it is pretty simple to explain. Lots of classes have "NoRep" in their names.
This notion that an element has no representation, is caused by the
dfdl;inputValueCalc property. To make things clearer, hunt down class and other
names using this "NoRep" convention, and change to InputValueCalc instead.
