The Cleanups category seems particularly easy. Many of these are easy to fix 
things that were just parked for expediency to avoid forgetting them, but then 
were forgotten in the backlog of 400+ tickets.


I marked a bunch of these beginner label, because they involve no functional 
change they are potentially good for people trying to familiarize themselves 
with the code base.


Other cleanups are really things the original developer who parked it, really 
needs to pick up and finish. But again, no functional change makes them 
relatively easier to pick off.


They seem, as a class of things, very worth doing because they simplify the 
code base, make it less confusing to new developers, and that will pay 
dividends in the future.
