Diagnostic warning about alignment is issued for attached schema and TDML, but 
if you remove the maxOccurs="unbounded" from Section 3, then there is no 
warning.

So we get the warning for dfdl:occursCountKind="implicit" when 
maxOccurs="unbounded" but not when bounded.
