GraalVM is openjdk based. It *should* be able to run Daffodil as it can run
Scala code.
It features mechanism to output native binaries which massively increases
startup speed.
It supposedly also makes scalac and other scala things run faster than they do
on ordinary openjdk.
We should evaluate it.
