Description:
This TDML test parse-test-6 should cause an error, but does not.
The trailingEmptyStrict seems not to be checking in this case.
See attached TDML file. (Which is not pasted here because if you do this, then
any Jira search that uses a property name matches the ticket because every
property is mentioned in the TDML).
