This is an update of ethernetIP DFDL schema to use daffodil 3.2.0 and to compute IPv4 checksums using the layers features of daffodil 3.2.0.
The many other ethernet checksums are not being computed as yet, only the IPv4 checksum. @Dave Thompson - This illustrates how to do a layer/checksum from outside of daffodil in a DFDL schema project. https://github.com/DFDLSchemas/ethernetIP/pull/2
