+1 (binding) In addition to some of the things others have already checked (hashes, signatures, installation, etc.) I tested 3.10.0-rc1 against ~80 public and private DFDL schema projects and found no regressions. Some changes did need to be made to account for new corrected behavior (primarily changes in error messages as well as some time formatting changes due to no longer parsing time leniently by default).
I will be making a small update on the release notes just to emphasize these changes.
