With the release of Daffodil 3.10.0, it's probably a good idea to also release
the 1.3.0 version of the Daffodil SBT plugin. It currently has a number of new
features and a handful of open pull requests that are small and add more useful
features, like support for the new daffodil-tdml-junit jar.
Does anyone have any other bug fixes or features they would like included in the
next release?
If there is nothing else, once the current open PR's are reviewed and merged
I'll volunteer to be the release manager and start the release process.
