+1 for both daffodil and the plugin

[OK] convert a DFDL schema project (faketdl) to use Daffodil 4.0.0 via the
daffodil-sbt plugin 1.5.0.

[observation] just updating the sbt plugins resolver to include the staging
of the daffodil-sbt plugin was not sufficient for "1.+" to find this newer
one. I had to specify "1.5.0" explicitly.
[observation] I did not have much success until I updated sbt to 1.11.6 (to
match daffodil) but this may be spurious.
[observation] I had to blow away ~/.cache/coursier and
~/.ivy2/local/org.apache.daffodil to avoid getting complaints about
daffodil_tdml_3 being not found.
[observation] I had to delete the .idea directory and re-create the project
in intelliJ IDEA.
