Since [https://jcenter.bintray.com/] has been out of service, It is not
possible to get gradle-nexus-plugin from jcentor. if you access to the jcentor
repo it redirects you to maven central repo which does not have
gradle-nexus-plugin 0.7.1 version.
gradle-sweeney-plugin is in the similar situation.
To build successfully, need to update repositories information in the
gradle/buildscript.gradle file.
