DataFu uses a build plugin that enables multiline strings to be used in the
Java test files using an annotation processor. For the test files to be
executed in eclipse, we need a special annotation processor that works with the
eclipse compiler. This requires eclipse jars. These jars are currently
checked in. ASF source releases aren't supposed to have any jars within the
release.
