We want to run unit tests against Hadoop 2 to make sure DataFu works with
Hadoop 2. Attach patch (based on both master and 1.2.0 branch) to make unit
tests run against both Hadoop 1 and Hadoop 2 depending on hadoop.version. Also
fix several bug when running against Hadoop 2.
