We haven't updated this since 1.2.0, which was pre-incubation. There have been
many updates since then. Also it is worth considering whether we make this
next release 2.0 considering 1) we'll support Hadoop 2.0, and 2) there have
been many additions since 1.2.0, and 3) this will be the first release in
incubator so it may be nice to start on a major version.
