So, should we show self-service for external endpoint?
# Provisioning/billing services restart does not work. Error 404
# Provisioning/billing.yml editing does not work. Error 400
# In DataLab Web UI provisioning/billing.yml for external endpoint show not
external endpoint values. They show values local endpoint
# If choose active external endpoint in Select endpoint drop down list the 404
error appears
# If self-service is not needed for external endpoint do not do point6. If
restart a self-service message appears :
