Description:
Some exception while trying to start project ( problem with serialization of
response file)
*Preconditions:*
# Edge node is in running status
*Step to reproduce:*
# Stop edge node (project)
# Start edge node (project)
*Actual result:*
# Project status is starting, until status checker
*Expected result:*
# Project status changes from starting->running by default
