Thank you for clarifying that!  We don't use Jira that much, so I'm still
stumbling through the menus.  Nevertheless, this is an example of my
frustration:  Although I could follow the link you provided, I couldn't
find how to get to that Project Settings page from the main Jira
DataSketches page.  ... finally, I found the little gear wheel in the lower
left corner!  Grrr!  This is the only application I have seen that puts it
at the bottom of the page, it is usually at the top right or top left!
 Alas! :(
