Hello Apache DataSketches PMC and Community,
> This is a call for vote to release Apache DataSketches-python candidate
> version 5.1.0-rc1.
> This is a minor release version with several new features and one change
> to wheels:
> * The wheels are now built against numpy 2.x -- if you still need numpy
> 1.x, you may need to build the library from source!
> * New sketch: The python library now supports the DataSketches
> implementation of t-digest
> * The tuple sketch supports a .filter() method which applies a predicate
> to the summaries and returns a compact sketch of items matching the
> predicate
> Known issue: The documentation page does not mention t-digest
