1. This is a call for vote to release Apache DataSketches-memory candidate
version: 4.0.0-RC1
*Key Changes from Releases 3.0.X*
- This version of Memory is explicitly for Java 17.
- It will not compile or run on Java versions 8 or 11
- It will not compile on Java 21, but it should run on Java 21.
- We do not support non-LTS Java versions.

- This vote will close no earlier than Thursday, Oct 3, 2024, 6:00 PM
