Hi, I have just dicovered your great work with PostgreSQL SDBC driver.
How much work should it be to give ssl support to it? I have a school network, which is not safety, so I don't want my passwords travel unencrypted. I usually use SSL encryption for my prosgresql database for pgsql and php and even for perl connections. Your driver seem not to support ssl layer: requiressl option is not supported. (Linux, OpenOffice.org2.0.2) Couldn't establish database connection to 'sdbc:postgresql:dbname=piardb host=teacher.mytomain.com requiressl=1' (invalid connection option "requiressl" ) Yours, Miklos -- -- Csanády Miklós piarista [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.piar.hu/budapest +36204322516 callto://csamik (http://www.skype.com/) Közösségi portál: http//www.orkut.com (kérjen meghívót) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
