[dba-dev] still can't secure forms?

I think I mentioned in a previous email that I am working on updating 
the Base chapter of the user guide for 2.x. I wanted to confirm the 
following statement still holds (afaIk, it does):

OpenOffice.org doesn't have a mechanism to prevent users from changing 
forms to Design mode. In Microsoft Office, you can protect a form 
document and give it a password to prevent users from seeing inside.
