Moin Daniel,

First of all a warm welcome on this list. :-)

Hi everyone & Ocke,

I was asking around Open Office if anyone needed volunteers, and subscribed to this list after Ocke suggested I might like to help out here:

Both projects sound pretty interesting. Just today I was writing a multiple line query in the .Net IDE and thinking that there has to be a better way to deal with SQL queries strings inside IDEs. The .Net IDE treats the whole thing as a single string and it's not very elegant if you need to span multiple lines.
So we are doing at the moment. You see, improvement is needed ;-)

So I'd be happy to work on that project. What's the best way to get started?
So we are. ( Sounds a little bit like "Battlestar Galactica" :-)
First of all you need a working build environment. After that you need the module dbaccess (it is under the project dba), the module connectivity and the module basctl (here you find the basic ide where you could look up how syntax highlighting was done there)
