I can not reproduce the error with the URL you provide in the ticket.
It does happen though when I use
http://ec2_accessid@ec2_accesskey:localhost:3001/api (which _is_ incorrect) Are
ypou sure the issue isn't a mistake in how you specify th eURL ?
