Disable delete button in Web UI for the Storage snapshot's which is not owned
by the logged in user in EC2 setup

Deltacloud API displays all the available snapshot from EC2(which involves the
user owned snapshot and the ones which is not owned by him). When clicked on
the listed snapshot, delete button is enabled though its not owned by the
logged in user. This delete button should be disabled if the user does not own
the snapshot
