Initial versions of driver and tests are now committed to git repo - further
improvements in driver and mapping of/to deltacloud concepts will be easier now
that the driver is in (plus easier to discuss any potential changes to dcloud
api):
driver and client commit dd8ac7516c8aa6c284b7d5fc462c631471daaafe
tests commit 7bc7e8a431a7e78cfeb6306abb023f551bc65ddd
Going to mark this issue as resolved with a view to closing it. New issues can
be opened as any problems/improvements for the driver come along.
