ok - sorry for that - these patches should work fine. While the previous patch 
*was* rebased, it didn't factor in changes made by modular deltacloud.

You are right - the 'Additional parameters' link should have been there. These 
patches re-instate that; all being well you'll see something like the attached 
screenshot DTACLOUD_204_1 for the 'Additional Parameters' and then 
DTACLOUD_204_2 shows what you'll see for the file injection.
