DTACLOUD-390 Add name when creating volume.

This patch addresses Jira DTACLOUD-390.

The problem summary:
Using cimi the volume name was not being set when creating a volume.

Solution Summary:
Update server/lib/cimi/models/volume.rb - 
CIMI::Model::Volume/self.create_volume 
to pass the name when creating a volume.
