Which command to use depends on how you installed deltacloud. The first version
is for people who work off of a git checkout, the second for people who
installed deltacloud from a gem or similar (and in the second version, you
don't need the '.')
Can you provide a link to where you find that first set of instructions on the
site ?
Also, I assume you are running deltacloudd from a gem you installed, correct ?
