4.x -> We do support this version.
5x  -> This version is reported to work just fine, however there might be some

We access VSphere using SOAP provided by vSphere Client (AFAIK).

Yes, we have nice mechanism like 'features' that allow us to extend some
functionality which is beyond the generic abstraction.

Also we can extend the generic schema as long we don't break the backward
compatibility.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean here, but Deltacloud can be pointed to what
vSphere hypervisor to talk using special HTTP request header
(X-Deltacloud-Provider) or by setting API_PROVIDER environment variable.
