Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I've investigated and I'm wondering if this might be a "cockpit" error.
The image ID specified above does not exist:
dd01aa3a-36d6-42cc-972a-a29cd2c6b21
What does exists is that image id with an additional "1" at the end.

I've produced a failure using the incorrect image Id listed above but it is
different
from what you have reported, which is a bit of a mystery.
If I use a correct image id I am able to successfully create the instance.
I'm going to mark this as "Cannot Reporduce"
Please let me know if you can still reproduce it and if so please provide a bit
more
info on how, including the ruby client create code being used.
