This Jira was meant to track the work of reviewing the latest RHEVm Developer
Guide
(https://access.redhat.com/knowledge/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization/3.1/html-single/Developer_Guide/index.html)
to ensure we handle all valid vm_states.
After doing so it is apparent the fix in JIRA: DTACLOUD-462, to add the
MIGRAGING vm_state,
will provide support for all valid vm_states.
Therefor I am marking this Jira as fixed.
