'http://localhost:3001/cimi/machines?$expand=disks' ... works
Trying ?$select and ?$expand on the cloudEntryPoint does expand or select as
machines does. Looks like we only have that functionality implemented for the
machines collection. AFAICT, it's need on cloudEntryPoint as well.
