This patch updates the instructions for how to re-record test vcr fixtures.
This update to the site docs is required to address recent changes for parameterizing recording and provider configuration of credentials and resources to avoid having to edit test source code in order to record test fixtures. It is recorded in tracker set: http://tracker.deltacloud.org/set/386
