DC currently supports DC specific cimi attributes (like 'realm'). I'd like to
expose driver specific (fgcp) attributes, such as 'network' on machines,
'system' on addresses and volumes. If I follow the implementation of 'realm',
I'd need to define global features and they'd become exposed through both the
cimi and DC API. Marios suggested I raised a jira to allow provider specific
cimi attributes.
