Installed graphviz-2.30.1.msi, opened a new command prompt, started DC
(bin\deltacloudd -i fgcp) but the image still won't load.
When I just type "dot" in the command prompt, it enters its input mode so it's
in the PATH.
Does it need any special configuration?
