i got round to implementing floating IP support on the ruby-openstack rubygem -
see https://github.com/ruby-openstack/ruby-openstack/pull/28 - once i get an
ACK from you for this (and the pre-existing security-groups functionality there
- see README) - I can start implementing the Deltacloud side of things.
the README from the DTACLOUD_563 branch on my fork includes examples for
floating IPs: https://github.com/marios/ruby-openstack/tree/DTACLOUD_563
(diff for README is included in the pull request)
